By accessing or using Amateur Sports Network ("ASN", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
ASN is a sports social network that allows users to create profiles, join and manage teams, schedule games, participate in tournaments, and communicate with other players. The platform is provided for recreational and competitive amateur sports coordination purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You may not use another person's account without their explicit permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, text, game data). By posting content on ASN, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
ASN facilitates the coordination of amateur sports activities. We are not responsible for any physical injury, property damage, or disputes arising from games, tournaments, or training sessions organised through this platform. Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk. Always consult a medical professional before engaging in strenuous activity.
ASN provides dispute resolution tools (e.g. game dispute forms) as a convenience. We are not a legal arbitrator and any outcome facilitated by the platform is non-binding unless agreed to by both parties outside this platform. We reserve the right to remove users who repeatedly abuse the dispute process.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
